Asbestos Management Survey
This type of survey identifies asbestos containing materials (ACM), as far as reasonably practicable, that could potential be disturbed during the normal occupancy of the building.

Asbestos Re-Inspection Survey
An asbestos management survey should be in place for this type of survey to be undertaken. Re-inspection surveys are designed to allow a competent person to assess and record the condition of any previously identified ACM’s within a building.

Asbestos Pre-Refurbishment Survey
This type of survey is required when specific plans of refurbishment are given to the surveyor. Asbestos refurbishment surveys are intrusive and require access to all areas of the building.

Pre-Demolition Asbestos Survey
This survey identifies all possible ACM’s within the building/area prior to demolition.

Our Surveyors have BOHS P402 and CSCS cards as a minimum.
Our Lead Surveyor, Christopher Talton holds BOHS P402, P403, P404, P405 and CSCS card.
We uses UKAS accredited laboratories for our bulk samples.
